Q1. What kind of processing can you do?

We can handle a wide range of work, including die casting and casting, as well as cutting (milling and lathe work) and polishing (flat and cylindrical). We are able to provide integrated production services, from material procurement to various processing, by working together with our partner factories.

Q2. What kind of materials can be processed?

We can process aluminum, iron, stainless steel, copper, brass, and resin (polyethylene, nylon, Delrin, Bakelite, acrylic). Please feel free to contact us about processing other materials as well.

Q3. What are the maximum dimensions that can be processed?

The following are the maximum dimensions that we can handle.

Machining center: 450mm x 700mm NC lathe: ～φ250mm Surface grinding: 300mm x 600mm Cylindrical grinding: ～φ200mm

Q4. Can you manufacture individual items?

We accept orders for even one item.
We can meet the needs of a wide range of companies and individuals.

Q5. How many items can you handle per lot?

It depends on the processing, but between 5 and 2,000 items.

Q6. There isn’t much time until the deadline, but is it possible to manufacture it in a short time?

The processing time will vary depending on the details of the processing and the availability of the equipment, but we will do our utmost to meet your requirements.
